niagra Junior Member Registered: October 2002 Posts: 1 users gallery	i colored the edges blue then purple, used the aetherize filter to create the dreamy effect and then promoted an image of a fairy to a layer and placed it in the bottom corner. i smudged, pushed and softened to blend her in.

You definitely achieved the dreamy look. The surreal coloring is effective in making that statement. Look forward to seeing more of your works.
