Cut and pasted damaged areas ... removed light reflections for glasses ... used clone and smudge tools and levels and curves. Finally put a little frame around it. Don

I like how you cropped out the damage and brightened it up but it seems like a bit of detail was lost in the face of that one guy in the process.
