This was a light hearted challenge, I tried to keep it that way. Sorry, I'm in a happy mood today, felt like writing a jingle. Don't have a stitch of Christmas shopping done, thought I'd build a snowman.

Photoshop 7 Painter Classic

Copy - duplicated- Image adjustment-invert.

Opened in Painter Classic, and proceeded to paint a snowman, hat, scarf, snow, accented the trees with white. I used different sized brushes to paint and several different types. When I had everything painted I applied effects, apply surface texture, image luminance - 11%. The frame is from PhotoImpact.
My JPEG shows a green cast to his face, must be the reflection from the ivy, yeah, that's what it is. Anyhow it's not in the one before JPEG.
Had fun, thanks

Funny...:-)

I like the way it looks like he's just putting his face through a cardboard cut-out thingy, in a vintage kind of way...
Surreal...and Nice.

Great work as usual Wanda. I do see a slight black outline on the snowman's left side though. It drew my eyes right to it.

Debbie, thank you, and thanks for the tip on the black outline. That happened when I applied image luminance in Painter Classic. Perhaps I should have tweaked it a little with the paint brush. Thanks for the alert

Jerry, I appreciate your comments Too bad his face didn't turn blue when I JPEGed, would have been more appropriate. Maybe not, green is in right now

LOL! Very cute entry. I love the poem and the end results are quite the lovely holiday card. I really like the touches of color. I think I might have left off the buttons though -- so you could read the poem better. Other than that, very nicely done!
