This sure was difficult! I am very sorry but I just can't remember all that I did. The image didn't come out that great anyway so I suppose it's no great loss. What I was aiming for initially was an ice sculpture. First I switched the image into a negative and then used the Chrome filter. Since I wasn't pleased with the outcome I began adding snow with the paint tool. I used the Fine Leather filter to add some texture, cloned over the texture to soften, and then used the smudge tool around the edges. Finally I applied the snowmen to the background. The men didn't really match the background even after I adjusted the levels so I made a layer and lightly airbrushed some blue over the men. I added the frame because the picture reminded me of the Empire Records movie poster (not a very good movie) but I think it was better without the frame.
If I had to do it all over again I think that I would try using the PSP7 Cloud Stamp initially for the snow and blended it in with the cloning tool.
Merry Christmas!

i think it's better than you're giving yourself credit for...

i like how you can see bits of reflected trees through the largest boy's hat. very nice touch.

Nice job making ice look like ice! I have never once used the chrome filter...thanks for showing me a good use for it.
