i found a black and white image of Santa and made it transparent. i pasted it onto the ornament and filled it with color by hand. i selected a circle and used a spherize filter to round the image. i used the lasso around Santa's beard and used a Xenofex filter to make the beard more fluffy. i softened, darkened and lightened, trying to make it look realistic... i adjusted the color, saturation and contrast of the entire photo and spherized the second ornament to distort the reflection so it wasn't so sharply contrasted to the lack of image in the other. using the lasso tool, i selected the Santa ornament and swapped colors so it would be green instead of blue. Finally, i added some spruce.

Nice touch adding a bit of Spruce to the image. It frames the image very nicely. Also you did a great job making Santa look hand painted on the ornament. It looks very realistic and the end results are a very nice Christmas scene that would make a lovely holiday card.
