OK, I could not stop in Illustrator today! lol
It has been a while since I have worked in Illustrator and forgot how much I like it. Also brought into PS to convert to RBG and save for web.

Almost a year late, but I hadn't viewed this challenge (since I can't draw).
This is a really well done graphic! As Amanda said, it would fit in a kid's book.
