I did the colour balance in the adjustment layers ignoring the blue channel to get the correct colour cast. Then made selections for flesh tint, hair, dress and the backdrop and applied colour overlay to bring the correct tone to my taste. Then flattened the image and started retouching with clone and healing tools. Then adjusted the levels.

Very nice job in bringing back the natural skin colors!

My only suggestion is to lighten/brighten it a bit as it looks kind of dark and contrasty on my screen.

This came up OK on my screen --- but mine tends to be light. Sking tones and colors look great. Agreed very nice job.
