I wanted to enhance her beautiful facial features while maintaining the original texture. I was very drawn to her eyes, mouth & hair. Used a level layer first then a channel mixer layer to get the red tint. Then cloned quite abit until it felt right, also added some noise in cheek bone area, some patching but not much. Finally blurred the backround and smudged/smooth the hard edges.

You did a very nice job on the hair and in keeping detail around the eyes. The background, also, looks nice. But, the smooth texture over emphasizes the splotching texture on the face. Getting the face smooth was the hardest part, in my opinion, of this challenge.
