This is my first submission but my attempt number 766. After several weeks trying to tame the mouse I finally got a tablet to work (God bless the Wacom!).
I started cutting and pasting the dark skin over the white spots.
Duplicated the layer, applied median filter and blended with top layer at 50%.
Duplicated layer, applied Gaussian blur and blended with top layer at 50%.
Duplicated again and used dodge tool until the face looked like a wax mask. Blended (80% opacity) and started cloning, healing, blurring, etc.
