couldn't figure out the best way to get it under 200K. hope it's not too small.
levels, white point
dup layer-grayscale-g. blur-load as selection, multiply mode
duplicated that layer again
color select for the redspots, then hue-sat to blend them in
painted over faces on new layer set mode to color, adjusted opacity
a little cloning
some heal tool

It is a bit small to see the effect feival. Make sure you dl the large copy of the challenge. Then before you submit, make sure the dimensions are 800/600. Then use save for web to get the proper optimization. This way we can all enjoy your work.

yes but if I do that you'll be able to see all the defects in my work, I'm trying now to figure out how to make it even smaller.
