Eliptical Marquee constrained to a circle, slightly larger than the stem area. Copied and pasted to a new layer, then Liquify until very little stem left. A slight twist with Twirl, and merged into original. Cut out of white background, Inner bevel, and surrounded with sea creatures and other underwater items. The "coral" border is KPT Fraxplorer. "Water" is 15% blue layer with noise, ocean ripple, neon glow and diffuse anisotropic - oh, and some wave filter as well. Blend mode to overlay.

Just lovely! I think I recognize those fishies. The coral border you created with KPT is just perfect!

BK,

Nice work. I like what you did to the "monster" and the coral border. The fish are a nice touch. Perhaps I would have left the flora at the top of the picture out and had some light from above in its place.
