Well, I took this picture of the girl and placed seven new copies of the sea pepper on it. One in the foreground, one in back, abd the other five were stuck to her. I erased where necessary, and used Transform>Distort to change the shapes of the peppers. Sometimes it took New Layer Via Cut. I rendered them with the Dodge and Burn tools, applied a Gaussian Blur of 1 pixel to all the peppers, and added slight drop shadows to the peppers.
