Okay... I cut and copied the background and gave it a motion blur, but that was all I did to this other than the coloring.

Hair-- blackish brown-- soft light
Red beads and ribbons-- red-- color burn
Blue beads-- light blue-- soft light
Brown beads-- brown-- overlay
Paua shell around neck-- peachy gold-- color burn
Turquoise beads-- dark green blue-- hard light
Background-- gray blue-- soft light
Jute on headdress-- light brown-- overlay
Leather-- light brown-- hard light
