I didn't have a lot of time to spent on this so I knocked it out in about 12 min. I cut out the right side of the photo and pasted it on another layer. Rotated it slightly so it would line up properly with the left side then flattend the image. The rest was done with the clone tool.

Thanks. I spend 8-10 hours a day in Photoshop for work. When you work with hundreds of photos a day, it becomes 2nd nature.
