Used the Clone tool to even out grandma's skin tone, shirt and back ground. Used liquify filter to adjust her face and neck to give a thinner firmmer apearance. I then when back over the image with the clone tool to smooth out any distartions i didnt want. I lightened her teeth. Selected and blurred out the background. Used the burn tool to darken gray hair. Total amount of time to retouch 45 min.

Thanks Cvandever & Wanda,
Cvandever - when you say the jaw is a little missplaced what exactly do you mean? I would like to fix the problem. But I dont see what you mean. For example: Is her jaw too big or too small? Is it down too low or up too high? Is it out too far or in too much? thanks for the input.
