For this challenge, I spent a total of less than 2 hours. I Mainly used the paintbrush for the skin, hair, and backgrounds- I painted in and smoothed out the problems manually. I then used the cloning tool, on the dress, and walls in the background. Once I was finished, I would use a quick mash to highlight an area, blur the edge of the mask and apply a slight Noise filter. I also applied a gaussian blur to the sign in the background.

Real nice job. You really cleaned up her dress and the back ground excellently. The only comment I would make is in cleaning up the facial features small changes can easily affect the facial contours. Watch when smoothing that you don't loose some important highlights that give the face it's 3D look. Over all a great job on a hard challenge.
