Hi -- I enjoyed this one, here's basically what I did:
- adjusted colors using PS image/adjust/variations to get more realistic skin tones
- gaussian blur using layer mask to blur just the skin
- clone tool "lighten mode" to decrease wrinkles under her eyes and neck
- dodge tool to lighten eyes and teeth
- removed one catch light in her right eye using clone tool
- gaussian blur on duplicate layer -- high setting, and layer mask to bring back the face sharpness
- crop down
- levels layer with mask to darken outside
