How did you grow the fingers on the copied hand?

Looks very good Ken,
You fixed the blurred blanket, and the cloned hand looks perfect to me.
The vignette seems made for a photo like this.
I have to admit I still don’t know how to do a vignette.
Looking at your retouch it seemed to me that the shadows on the baby's face were a little dark.
Please ignore this suggestion if it doesn't look that way to you, it might be just my monitor.
