Color caste – I tried many methods but failed to get meaningful results.
I couldn’t get a fix on original colors either.
I used the channel mixer – monochrome – to convert to grayscale.
Selected and re-colored using hue and sat. – color.

This photo was deceptive, it took me far longer than I expected.
There were many fine details that needed work, and I found working on
the license plate a real pain.

I had intended including all of the original photo in my submission.
But we are restricted to 800 wide. I felt including the car behind made
the mg look a little small. So I cropped.

And thanks Phillip. I followed your idea and found a red 1923 mg on the net.

Matt: This is indeed an impressive piece of work.

I've got the original photo, and I havn't done as well as you have.
The wheels and tyres look superb.
It is a pig to work on, I agree with you!
Great work.

Nice rich color and great detail. Your crop really brings the car front and centre and brings the people into pic.
