took the image adjusted layer, Adjustments/Posterize 4. Then Took layer and did Variations + More Yellow = Highlights Coarse, New layer, painted colors, switch layers, cut out white. Merge. Added artistic rough pastels, sroke length- 12, Det-4, texture cavas Relief 25, light Top left, Invert
