A couple of hopefully helpful comments, these are only my opinions, others may see things differently.
The cropping of the bottom of the photo seems a little severe to me.
The men at the doorway are well done, but I think a little more definition from the waist down would help. It looks like a small bush in front of their feet.
You didn't give a description Abaxoo. With fine work like this other members are often interested in how you achieved your final result.

Hey... Good overall contrast. Yoru work on the "third man" is very impressive. Not much information to work with in that area. You either have to make something up or do your best and improvise. A good understanding of human anatomy helps too.
