Everyone has done such a fabulous job on this challenge.

Duplicated the BG layer brought the saturation up. Then used the smudge tool to soften the hair and face. Created new lyaers to paint in the hair, several layers at different colors. Then started painting in the face colors, several layers using color, overlay and multiply. Used some burn on various of the layers, flattened. duplicated the BG layer and added nose, lowered the opacity and fill

TwinbNJ:
Good flesh tones.
Like the hair.
Great lips.

I'm not sure about adding a nose though!!! :d
Only kidding! (Your description.)

Thank you Christine for your comments and taking the time to look at my submission.

Steve -- ha ha ha --- I thought to myself -- "I did NOT add her nose!" -- then I looked at my details!!!

OK it was noise! Ha Ha HA -- I just can not chage it now!
Thank you Steve for you comments.

In spite of you "adding her nose", this is an excellent job, Jill. Andante's inspiration worked -- you created wonderful hair for her.

TwinbNJ,
I really like the work you've done on the eyes.
And the lips are beautifully done.
And the blonde hair is very good.
The hair was tough wasn't it!
Wish someone would invent a magic hair brush.
