I removed the levels layer then glaussian blurred the backround a bit. Then used dust & scratches set to 2 & 4. Then added a layer mask to uncover their eyes and lips.
I forgot too that I whitened their eyes and his teeth just alittle.

I like that you removed a lot of the background and focused on faces. It looks pretty good.

This is my wedding picture, and I LOVE what you did with it! Thank you very much; you did a fantastic job! Now I have a decent picture again, even though it isn't the original, but in much better condition, thanks to your hard work!
