Nice challenge, much fun working on this one...
Started with an adjustment layer, then fixed the errors in the faces with the repair tool.
After working over half an hour with the repair tool on the large scratches on body and background, I gave up this way. Instead duplicated the layer, blurred it and set the layer mode to "lighten". Did the same in "darken" mode, removed unneccessary parts of both layers. Much better effect in noticable less time.
Cheated on the man's suit by a new layer in color-mode to macke it almost completely black.
After that, I had to give up to get the curtains done (I hate the part above the man's head) - and the bride is something I'm not too happy about it...
