I know this is an "old" post but...
1. Duplicated image to preserve original.
2. Added a color adjustment to layer with Color Balance
3. Added a Levels adjustment using the red and green only.
4. Added a Curves adjustment to lighten and fine-tuned the extra green overcast in curves.
5. Merged layers
6. Duplicated layer and set blend mode to screen at 45% opacity.
7. Used unsharp mask at 1 pixel. (I did not make any other attempt at sharpening or cleaning up the blur.)

This was a great challenge and served to sharpen my skills. Your comments are appreciated. Thanks

As I look at this picture after submission, I still notice a blue cast that was NOT there in photoshop before I submitted it. Maybe I need to get back into my calibrations and fix that. OOPs.

The hard part of this Challenge is that there are two differing casts. In spite of that, you did a good job.

If the image here looks different than it did when you made it in PS, maybe you could try working in sRGB (or assigning it before saving for web). That's the closest thing to a browser colorspace.

Thanks for your comments. They are needed and appreciated since 99 9/10s percent of my work is not for the web. On the other hand, others who use my computer often change the monitor settings and I don't catch it until it's time to print.
