Elminated the vert. line via cloning & patch tool. Ran NI even though couldn't really analyize the image, flew by the seat of my pants. Touched up the face with patch and clone once again and then used blur tool to remove NI artifact. Brightened the whites of the eyes and put alittle more green in them(they were green weren't they?). Used USM sparingly in the end.
