Started off by replacing the blue channel with the green. Burned faded area on red channel. Masked out the face and use Selected color layer adj. to take out the red...same procedure with her hair. Enhanced her eyes by painting with a 1 pixel brush at 60% opacity. Used Selected color layer adj. for the whole image to diminish that yellowish overcast, enhanced and added yellow into the green, reduced yellow and magenta in the white, etc... Used Curve and Level layer adj. to bring her out from the background. Lastly, sharpened everything except her hair and skin with High Pass.
