i made a paste into for the frame using oval selection tool and a patterned paint bucket tool
beveled an embossed the oval framing, and added a lil drop shadow
used an overlay pattern at a low opacity to make the backdrop
grabbed the photo of the woman from an actual old portrait i found in my grandmothers collection (dunno who the woman is)
