First I cut out the baby from the background and used a neutral blue shaded cloud filter to replace the old backdrop.
On top of the background I overlayed a circular gradient fill.
I used the clone stamp and healing brush to remove the bags from under her eyes and take some of the shine off her nose and cheeks.
I copied the layer with just the baby on and applied a gaussian blur then set the layer blending to overlay.
The on the underneath layer I desaturated some of the red from her cheeks and mouth where the overlay had oversaturated the colour.
Then as a finishing touch I made a layer of flat colour and masked in the baby's skin areas, then fiddled with the opacity till the look was just right - to give her a more even skin tone but without looking plastic or too airbrushed.
