Nice overall job, although not up to your usual very high standards. I feel you've lost detail on the children's faces that is there in the original. Possibly a little too much use of Neat Image.

Thank you Cvandever and Gary. And yes Gary - guilty on all counts. This popped up just before bedtime and it's a slap-dash, speed record (for me) restoration. Looking at the times reported on alot of these restores, I get the impression that I'm the slowest restorer on the board.

Sorry Doug, it's just that I'm used to only seeing work of the highest quality from you, so this one was a bit of a shock. As for being slow, I don't see that as a handicap at all, unless you have a specific deadline to meet. Usually slow means you've taken care to see to all the small details that make such a difference to the finished image.

Nice work, me thinks and a very good result in removing the grain.
As on Garys picture, the grass and the legs of the goat are somewhat blurry,
but I like the resulting image.

Thank you Marc. Agree about the blur. I may give this one another go on the week-end.

Steve, having re-submitted this pic twice in an attempt to address Gary and Marc's comments I feel I have come up against a brick wall on this one - so I'm turning this goat out to pasture.

Rather confusing thread 'til I realized it had been resubmitted. Excellent job to my untrained eye. These challenges are helping to train it though.
