1) I selected the people in the first row to the right of the man to be removed and created a new layer via copy.
2) I selected the people in the second row to the right of the empty seat and created a new layer via copy.
3) I moved the two new layers, individually, left until they covered the position to be removed and were aligned.
4) I cloned over the areas where the coverage wasn't exact. In some cases, I copied a portion of one side of a person, flipped horizontally, and moved to the other side to form a basis for filling in missing pieces.
You did a really great job on the arm of the man on the left side in the front!

Thank you both! I'm sorry for taking so long to reply. I thought I had selected the option to be notified of posts but that didn't happen, I must not have set it correctly.
