Colourisation is difficult to do isn’t it?
I regretted on this one not jotting down the colours and opacity I’d been using on different layers because
I missed small parts. So this
was an exercise well worth doing.
PSP8.01
I split RGB as someone else had done and worked on the blue channel.
Lots of colourisation with some smudging, cloning and using dodge on the goat.
Once completed the colours looked insipid so I spent quite a bit of time making Colour adjustments and enhancements.
The pot and flowers are a bit unrealistic. In fact I wasn't sure if those dark blobs were flowers at all.

nice work. Could work on colorizing. But great efforts.

Thanks - yes you're right about my colourising. It remains a stressful exercise....

Neat! I've attempted to try on this pic too but as you said, too time consuming ended up not able to finished it. Will revisit it once I got a chance. Inspiring.
