rotated a bit and cropped
multiplied red channel with itself to try to get more detail out of it
ditto green channel
adjusted levels (r,g,b separately)
used gradient filter to make a mask for the bottom 1" of photo and multiplied it with itself (50% transparancy) to try to get some detail in fuzzed areas at bottom
spot removal with clone tool
smoothed kids faces with blur tool. Reconstructed oldest girl's face a bit with clone b/c still blotchy.
Patched blurry areas of grass and rear wheel of cart with clone tool.
Copied front leg of goat and used free transform to make two back legs oo it.

Good work. You've done an nice job, generally. The problem I see (and now that I've seen it, I can't not see it) are the new legs, at least the leftmost one, don't look quite right. I think its mostly the tone, but the leftmost leg seems located slightly wrong or too long in length, check the positionlength on the original.
