Well this is my second attempt at this one. first i clicked on the gradient tool, than to quick mask, then using the gardient tool i drew a line from the back of picture to just on the bottom half of the little figure, this tham made a mast, went back to standard mode, inveresd the selection, then went to filter lens blur and thats it really
