Well first I marqueed the background. ctrl j - blured then added noise. erased where blur was on the image. ctrl e. did this numerouse times with the larger pieces of face outfit etc. Then I actually painted. - well burned for eyes and smudged. Which a new thing for me. I don't really have that much control of the mouse and I have no idea about perspectives. Oh well stop my rambling. Then I just did some back leaving to make sure that all the midtones are not lost. Done.
