I made this one a special challenge and set myself 15 minutes to do as much as I can.
Firstly duplicate layer (in case of a re-think)
Next magnetic lasso from base of 4th from rt man's foot, up over head rests, up rt side of enpty seat and around edge. (basically cutting the picture in two)
Layer via copy
Slide copy over until emmty seat and front man have gone!
copy rt arm of 2nd man, flip and paste. clone to clean (running out of time here)
flatten, crop, add a bit of colour and contrast.......phew
