liquify is a simple filter that lets you buldge, contract and manipulate very easly. For example. In this one I buldged the eyes with a brush as big as the originals. and I shruck or contracted the corners of his mouth which made the lines strech and make his already big smile even bigger. The more you expirament with the liquify filter the more you are going to love it.
