I used a coarse noise filter on the bottom layer, then did an outline sketch layer over that, and the top layer used a cutline filter. The gradient bg was an afterthought. Still not happy with it I think. Fun challenge though.
Been a long time since I've stopped by RTP. Hi y'all!
