Allison borrowed a mouth and nose from a cute little boy, then she decided to take a peek at the cute fishies. I suppose her smooshed face would have worked as well as, if not better than, her unsmooshed face!

I love th concept, and you did a great job of replacing the mouth.
Just a suggestion, but maybe some level adjustments on the face would make it look more realistic. Because the fish tank is so sharp and colourful, you need to blend the baby in by adjusting colours and contract. It looks as if the baby is IN the tank as the coral under the yellow fish looks as if it is behind her cheek. If you wanted that effect, maybe add some bubbles coming out of her mouth!!!!!
Obviously this is only my opinion.
I still love it.

Tim, thanks! I was having a hard time making the baby look like she was behind the tank and not it in...obviously! I used l blue fill layer over her face to make it look as though you were looking through the water but it didn't do the trick completely. I'll have to play with it some more when I get the chance. Actually what I really need to do is take an art class! I struggle with perspective and the like. Thanks!

I know it's a bit cheeky, but I took the liberty of fiddling with your picture.
I added a layer, cloned the background to cover the face and adjusted the the opacity to about 50%. then I lasso copied the face and made another layer. With this I darkened it by about -3 and contrast up to +3 or so, added some shading under the chin area with the burn tool. I also burned the clothing a little. (I use the burn tool at about 10% on midtones with a large soft brush.)Then reduced the opacity of this layer to about 70%. I painted a little bit of coral just over the cheek (her right). What this did was to push her back a little, and made it look like she was behind the glass. The blue cloned layer was on top, then the darkened face layer, then the background layer.
I do hope this doesn't offend, but I had to see if it would work. (I did keep a copy if you wish to see it - email for your eyes only)

Tim, I would LOVE to see your work! I was going to go back and work on this one but really didn't know where to start! And as for being offended, that's just not possible here! I'm here to learn, so bring it on! LOL! It is fine with me if you post your version...maybe someone else can learn from it, too!
