Photoshop 7'd!
When I looked at the bear, I tried to think of famous movie shots showing only the back of the main characters. Being a huge fan of Forrest Gump, that was what came to mind.
I selected the bear using quickmask and imported him into a vidcap of the movie. I then color-corrected the bear to match the outdoor lighting of the scene.
I tilted the bear's head to the side and cloned in the gap.
Then I selected Tom Hanks' shirt and duplicated it over the bear. Using the Distort Transform utility, I sculpted the shirt to match the bear's body.
Finally, I colorized the shirt to approximate the original image featuring Haley Joel Osment.
The image is not as large as I'd like, but such are the limits of DVD resolution.
