She really looks like the Harlequin Romance type doesn't she? Started with smart blur. Airbrushed hair completely...adding extra strands blowing in the desert wind. Whitened teeth and irises. Added highlights on lips, eyes and earring. Added background and text. Ta-da. Now we just need the story!
