I went a little over board with the leaves and butterflies.
Liked it at frist but it drew more attention and took from this lovely girl.I worked on the eyes,contrast of skin shadows,
and attemped some grass.
worked on hair still not quit right hardest thing for me (hair)wish someone would write a tutorial ?

The painterly effect really suits this picture! And this is nicer than your first...cleaner and fresher looking somehow. Nice work!

The first one had a certain charm but thumbs up for giving it another go.
I like the eyes especially.

Glad You liked her eyes. I spent a lot of time at zoom with only her eyes just going over and over until I got the look you see

Now the focus is totally on the subject. - I liked your first submission, but as you say the butterflies etc drew your attention away from what we should be looking at.
A wonderful fresh approach.
