Couldn't resist doing a quick 3 layer Cross-eye Stereogram for this one. May follow-up with a more detailed effort later.
[To view: gently cross your eyes to produce a third 3D image between the other two images]
- Created 3 layers
- removed the figures from the background layer with the clone tool and added gaussian blur (1.5)
- removed all but the statuette, foreground tablecloth and wing from the middle layer.
- Added gaussian blur (1) to the foreground tablecloth area
on this layer
- Removed all but the foreground Angel from the top layer (also removed wing) and added gaussian blur (1.5)
- Saved result as flattened left-eye image and opened alongside the multilayer image (for right eye)
- Crossed my eyes and moved the middle and top layers to acheive to desired effect
- Flattened and saved as right eye image
- Finally pasted together the left and right eye images
