This was done much as the first one but with more care to preserving the original and not blurring or softening the details. I used the clone and smudge tool. Copy and pasted the hair to places where needed. The portions of the clothing that were good were copied and pasted to areas that were damaged. The sky was cloned and blurred slightly. The left eye was repaired with cloning rather than copy and pasting from the right. When it was nearly done, I found the red channel to be the best version. I used that one and added a sepia color. I hope this is an improvement. Sharon

I forgot to add that I ran it through Neat Image and then added some noise.
Teeth were also drawn in.
That, I think is it.

I think you've done a fantastic job on little Vicki. You've preserved the face beautifully. It looks less like a restoration than any of the others and it's definitely my favorite. I realize I've got a lot to learn here. My only nit is that the shadowing under the chin and lower left check look a bit dark on my monitor. Otherwise a wonderful job.

Now that you mention the dark areas, it looks so obvious.
Funny now how I didn't notice it before.

Fine work Sharon,

I liked your color version and this Sepia one too.
Good work in repairing the damaged eye
and not copying and pasting the other eye.
The only little nit pick is the same comment made by Stephen.
The shadow on the lower cheek and chin.
Great work on the hair, face, clothing and limbs.

Sharon, after all the effort you put into your color Vicki,
did you start again from scratch and do this one?
It makes me tired just thinking about doing all that
repetitive repair work again.

I think you've done a very good job with the Sepia version. Compared to the color version you have made the hair nature with more highlights, and there is more detail in the face such as the eyebrows, mouth, and ear, and the right eye looks better to me. I agree with the comment about the shadow near the chin.

Overal a really nice job!

Sharon, very nice result on your sepia version. The hair and face are wonderful (I do agree about the chin...part of it is too dark) and the rest looks great. Nice work!

Thanks for the comments everyone.
I did start this one over from scratch. I wanted to get rid all the softness I had in the first version and change it little as possible. I'm pretty satisfied with the results.
