First Submission So be Kind. Please.
1. copied green channel to blue channel. This left a overall red cast
2. made a new layer (color)
3. paint white on this layer to reduce the red on the girls top.
4. Altered the contrast
5. Altered the saturation
6. made a new layer (soft light)
7. painted white on the to get better color on face.
8. Flattened image

I think you did a very good job on this pic. You left the natural colors and made it look like an original.
