I used the rectangular marquee tool to select the right two people and the bottom four. Then New layer from copy. Then moved the top layer one position to the left. Added a mask for the top layer and masked out the unwanted portions. Then used the lasso tool and quickmask to select the opposite shoulders of the guys 2&3 on the bottom. Used the move tool and free transform to replicate these parts between them. Did some more touch up the the clone tool and then did a levels adjustment on each channel and used unsharp mask. Did a little sponge work to fine tune the color of the previously pasted shoulders since a little too much red had come through. Cut to 800 pix using bicubic smoother resampling and then saved at 200 MB JPEG.
