Stayed up waaay too late playing with this.
1. First used Noiseware comm. edition
2. Adjusted levels
3. Cloned and healed throughout
4. Copied right jaw area and flipped to make a nice line for left side of face and ear.
5. Copied left sleeve to make a crease for right
6. Smoothed background using clone and heal
7. Used Hue/Sat adj. layers to colourize.
8. Did a final levels adjust
9. Unsharp mask.

Just great Angie! Really like the charcoal and that brass hat brim is amazing. Very nice work on the face too.

Hey guys. Thanks so much for the compliments. To answer your question ttraylor, I probably spent 3-4 hours on this, but I enjoyed every minute of it!

Excellent job, Angie. I've made an attempt at this one myself, but not happy enough to submit it yet.

Thanks Darren and Neve. I loved working with this pic because it wasn't so badly damaged that it needed something completely redrawn. I can't draw worth a lick, so it's more fun to me when I don't have to try.
