I'm new to this, so be gentle with me.
Used clone and healing tools A LOT. Level Layers also.
Added noise to geet texture back. Replaced very noisy background.

Nice smooth work, a great start I think. One tiny fuss, there is a dark patch on his left chin/cheek, which(from a distance) looks a little odd, but that's only if you want to be fussy. As Doug says, great tones.

Great job Peter. The tones are great and you did a wonderful job removing the scratch. The chin could use a little shading, but really a very good restoration.
