Stated out with the curves tool to make it a bit brighter. Then converted it to BW using greyscale, then back to RGB and tweeking the "Channel Mixer"(I always use this when working BW). Next was "Find edges at 33%, USM with these values:50/50/0, Inverting the background and use the Median tool to it to make a white neutral background. Crosshatch 100%, Filmgrain 50%, Poster edges 25%, Tweeking "Selective colors(grey, white and black), Stamp 8%, Sharpen edges and a tad Pointelize. Thats about it, I think.
