So many things combine to make this a great pic. Your colour scheme works nicely and the tonal values fit the subjects into the bg perfectly (like how you kept the dark look of the original). The panel colouring is subdued and doesn't distract, and the fabrics look clean and very natural (the dress and chair especially). The tassels on the sporran (and maybe the sporran too) seem to have lost a little dimension. The new socks look good.

Doug Colwell, you've got an uncanny eye for detail. I envy you :teeth: The sporran didnt look right coz it doesnt belong... :teeth: It was from another pic cropped to fit... (my laziness!! :teeth: ) The best I could do was darken it a bit around the edges and add a faint hint of shadow to the tassels. It does make a huge difference.. Thanks mate.

Wow Sukku! You did such a great job on this. I can't think of a thing to add that Doug hasn't already eloquently pointed out. Just beautiful.
